The Process
- Understanding your business: To build a great web site, we need to understand your business. Understanding the purpose, goals and strategies of your business will help us define the purpose, goals and strategies of your new web site.
- Your Vision: We want to hear your ideas and creative input. Your vision will help shape the look and feel of your site.
- Site Content: What information should be on your site? Our experience in online marketing strategy will help us figure out a plan of attack.
- "Common Sense" Architecture: Developing a "common sense" architecture (how users will view and navigate your site) that best meets the needs of your business and your customers. This is an area where other web sites fall short - Altaform makes it a top priority.
- Requirements Document: This document outlines the requirements for your site; including things like hosting, target audience, creative direction, inspirational sites, a finalized "common sense" architecture, deliverables, timeline and an hours/cost estimate.
- Sign Off: You'll need to review the Requirements Document and let us know about any changes or discussion points. Once we agree on a final version, you'll sign off on it, and we'll get to work.
- Creative Approval: After designing the look and feel of the site, we'll show you the creative drafts for approval.
- Programming: Once you've approved a design, we'll begin programming your site and loading the content.
- Launching Your New Web Site: When the site is looking good, working properly, and meets your requirements, it's time for launch.
